Shipping policy

At The Cosplay Legends, we are committed to getting your premium cosplay gear, costumes, and accessories to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Unlike stores that rely on slow, overseas dropshipping, we carry all of our physical inventory in the USA. This allows us to inspect your items for quality and dispatch them rapidly from our dedicated U.S. fulfillment centers.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours, and we will notify you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders from our U.S. prep and fulfillment centers using reliable domestic carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity or severe weather, but we will always provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Cosplay Legends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since we ship domestically within the United States, U.S. customers will not face customs duties.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking information shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to our support team immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
