At The Cosplay Legends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

We accept returns for defective products ONLY.
It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
It must have all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our support team at support@thecosplaylegends.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, mail your package directly to our Warehouse address: 516 Travers Circle, Apartment # 03103, Mishawaka, INDIANA 46545, USA

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
